Refund policy

Returns & Exchanges

JUSTFORITGIRLS LLC gladly accepts returns.
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 15 days for an exchange or a refund* to your original payment method.

Conditions for Returns

  1. Items must be unused and in the same condition in which you received them.
  2. Items must still have the original tags and packaging.

*Note: Sale items can only be exchanged or returned for store credit.

How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

  1. Visit the Return and Exchange Portal.
  2. Enter your order number and the email address used for the purchase.
  3. Select the items you wish to return.
  4. Choose a return reason and add a note if necessary.
  5. Click Request Return.

If your return request is approved and shipping is required, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and a prepaid return label. After the product is received, we will process your refund.
If you do not receive a response within 5 business days, please contact us at hello@itshoes.com to request a follow-up on your return.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item(s), we will notify you via email if the refund has been approved. If approved, it will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that sale items can only be returned for store credit or exchanged; refunds to the original payment method are not available for these items.

Duties & Taxes

Duties and taxes are calculated based on the items ordered, your shipment destination, and the total value of your purchase. These charges are not included in the checkout total and must be paid upon the shipment’s arrival in the destination country.

JUSTFORITGIRLS LLC is NOT responsible for any duties or taxes.
These charges are determined by your local customs authority.
