FAQ

We don’t use a standard size chart in centimeters because they often create more confusion than clarity.

In each product description, we explain how that specific style fits. Most of our clients choose their usual size.

If you are between sizes, we generally recommend choosing the larger one it’s better to have a little extra room than too tight.

And if the size isn’t perfect, you can always exchange it.

If you need personal advice before purchasing, we’re happy to help you via WhatsApp: +34 687 616 094

You have 30 days to exchange or return your order. For purchases from USA, we offer one free exchange.

If you decide to return your shoes, the process is very simple and intuitive through our website. We will issue your refund once we receive your return and verify that the items are in perfect condition.

All our heels are created to provide stability, elongate the silhouette and support you throughout the day without compromising comfort. Cushioned insoles, balanced structure and carefully studied heel heights make the difference. Because the smile of our IT Girls is non-negotiable.
